For 6 months I kept a track of my emotions as to understand the flow. Every morning as soon as I woke up, when the unconscious is still open, I wrote the first sensation I felt. I then went to my studio, reconnected to the feeling I felt and took a self-portrait, capturing that feeling in a photo. So I created a diary of my emotions, day by day. In this case photography has symbolic value, it is the means to maintain daily contact with moods, to put them black to white and to make them concrete. Photography becomes a means to explore oneself and to bring out the subconscious. An introspective and personal method in which I tried to deepen my awareness and improve tmy way of being. Feelings are expressed in all their strength to be internalized and faced: to represent them means to be able to observe them rationally, to be able to look at them from a different point of view and learn to react.
